Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home


Job Description:


CDW is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to work from home in Auckland, NZ. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client services or account management.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time - Monitor client satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and revenue growth - Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their account status - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client services


Requirements: - 6 years of experience in client services or account management - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
