Client Service Manager - Work from home

Vesper Marine is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Wellington, New Zealand. As an Associate level role, we require a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in client service or a related field.

As a Client Service Manager at Vesper Marine, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through excellent service delivery. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing client accounts and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders - Resolving client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Collaborating with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing regular reports and updates to management on client feedback and satisfaction - Proactively seeking ways to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience
