Job Description:
The Warehouse Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client services. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, with excellent planning and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing excellent customer service remotely - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and anticipating any issues that may arise - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate resolution of client requests and concerns - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and monitoring payment transactions - Provide regular updates on client accounts and promptly address any discrepancies - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities - Meet and exceed client expectations by consistently delivering high-quality service and solutions
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client services - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
