Client Service Officer

Job Description:

CBRE Group is seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote client retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent service and support to clients - Assist with strategic planning and decision-making to meet client objectives - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of client interactions - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients - Stay informed on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Provide regular reports on client interactions and feedback to upper management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 2+ years of experience in client service or related field - Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Dental insurance, Travel opportunities, and Profit sharing
