Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Marathon Petroleum is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time role with the opportunity for professional development and growth within the company.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Prepare reports and documentation related to client accounts - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist with planning and implementing client service strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role - Energetic personality with the ability to confidently communicate with clients - Strong cooperation and planning skills to effectively manage client relationships - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
