Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Officer to join our team at Murphy USA in Nelson, NZ. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This part-time role at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
Responsibilities: - Interact with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services - Handle and resolve client complaints in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty - Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences - Communicate client feedback to the appropriate team members to improve product and service offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience - Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts and records - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients
Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to conduct research to understand client needs and preferences - 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
