Job Description:
FirstEnergy is looking for a talented Client Service Officer to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This position is part-time and is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Manage client accounts, including processing orders, invoicing, and handling payment discrepancies - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance the client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client services or a related field - Resourceful and independent, able to work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
