Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Penske Automotive Group is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information 2. Assist clients with account management and troubleshooting any issues 3. Conduct analysis and research to address client needs effectively 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction 5. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different client personalities 2. Drive to exceed customer expectations and go above and beyond in service 3. Proficient in analysis and research to provide tailored solutions to clients 4. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role 5. High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
