Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Officer to join our team at Citizens Financial Group in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and managing their accounts effectively. - Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and goals, offering tailored solutions and recommendations. - Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client relationships. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. - Monitor and track client feedback and satisfaction levels to ensure high levels of service delivery. - Provide regular reports and updates on client activity and performance to management.

Requirements: - Proven experience in client service or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills. - Hardworking and reliable, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. - Strategic planning and creativity skills to identify and implement innovative solutions for clients. - Knowledge of financial products and services, as well as experience in the banking or financial industry.
