Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Terex is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer, working remotely from home in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support. 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and resolve any issues. 3. Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure client satisfaction. 6. Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients. 7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide clients with relevant information.


Requirements: 1. Motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. 2. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work effectively in a remote environment. 3. Excellent research skills and attention to detail. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
