Job Description - Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Twenty-First Century Fox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in client service roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Managing client accounts and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. 3. Resolving client queries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance overall customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. 6. Contributing to the development of service improvement initiatives and strategies. 7. Keeping updated on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients.


Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable personality traits to effectively communicate with clients and deliver excellent service. 2. Strong planning and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. 3. Proven experience in client service roles, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team effectively. 7. High attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information.
