Client Service Representative

Job Description: Crown Holdings, a leading packaging company in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join their team at an Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service and will possess a confident and passionate personality. Additionally, candidates should have strong soft skills in creativity and research.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to effectively meet their demands. - Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors, providing insights to clients and internal teams. - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. - Prepare reports and analysis on client performance and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. - 4+ years of experience in a client service or customer-facing role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
