Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Client Service Representative to join our team at Williams in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and providing assistance as needed - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience - Handle and resolve client complaints in a timely and effective manner - Provide feedback to the marketing team on client needs and preferences - Meet and exceed client satisfaction and retention goals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion skills and ability to think critically - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
