Client Service Representative

Job Description:

As a Client Service Representative at eBay in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This part-time position is entry-level and requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and emails from clients regarding their orders, inquiries, and complaints - Resolving client issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing client orders and updating their account information - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience - Keeping accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Following up with clients to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily

Requirements: - Adaptable and confident personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strategic planning and attention to detail soft skills - Basic computer skills and knowledge of customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
