Client Service Representative

Montoux, a leading company in the insurance technology industry, is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative for our office in Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product inquiries, pricing, and service-related questions - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently - Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Assist with data entry and maintaining client records - Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Requirements: - Reliable and confident individual with excellent communication skills - Strong planning and time management skills - 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
