Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Health Net is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in person. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to clients. 3. Assist clients with any account-related issues or questions. 4. Process client requests and ensure timely resolution. 5. Maintain accurate client records in our database. 6. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. 7. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 8. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements: 1. Independent and motivated individual who can work well with minimal supervision. 2. Strong attention to detail and a focus on providing innovative solutions. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
