Client Service Representative

Principal Financial is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about client service and motivated to make a difference in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution - Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to client inquiries - Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in our systems - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to regulations that may impact clients

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong interest in client service is essential - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients' needs - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure - A passion for helping others and a drive to exceed client expectations - Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
