We are seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our team at Chorus in Napier, Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Client Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This includes addressing client inquiries, resolving any issues that may arise, and ensuring client satisfaction at all times. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and documentation.
In addition to your client-facing responsibilities, you will also be expected to demonstrate resilience and drive in your work. You should be able to effectively problem-solve and analyze situations to provide the best possible solutions for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a strong attention to detail. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
