Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Mohawk Industries is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service. We are looking for a resilient and energetic individual who possesses strong innovation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions - Resolving client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the client experience and implementing innovative solutions - Representing Mohawk Industries in a positive and professional manner at all times

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong innovation and presentation skills
