Client Service Representative

Job Description:

United Continental Holdings is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals who are reliable and hardworking.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Process client orders and ensure timely delivery - Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive client support - Utilize emotional intelligence to understand and address client needs effectively - Develop and implement strategic planning to improve client satisfaction - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment - Emotional intelligence to connect with clients on a deeper level - Strategic planning skills to develop solutions and initiatives - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required - Must be a reliable and hardworking individual
