Job Description - Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job description:


We are looking for a motivated and independent Client Service Representative to join our team at Coca-Cola European Partners. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Auckland, New Zealand. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in client services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely manner - Manage relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved - Work closely with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client projects - Provide support to the sales team in achieving revenue and growth targets - Analyze client feedback and communicate insights to the team for continuous improvement - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system - Collaborate with partners and vendors to deliver exceptional service to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - 4+ years of experience in client services or a similar role - Strong project management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Motivated and independent with a strong work ethic
