Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

As a Client Service Specialist at Estee Lauder in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing product information, recommendations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty - Assist clients in finding the right products for their needs, offering personalized recommendations based on their preferences - Process orders, handle returns, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience for clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Collaborate with the sales team to reach sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business - Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service and identify areas for growth - Perform other duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident with strong interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with grace - Knowledge of skincare and beauty products is a plus - Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
