Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service and be highly motivated and adaptable.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized service. 3. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 4. Conduct research to identify client needs and preferences, making recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered efficiently. 6. Monitor client accounts and track metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. 7. Assist in the development of client service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide cutting-edge service to clients. 9. Provide support for special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strategic planning and research skills. 5. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software preferred. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
