Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

CarMax, a leading automotive retailer, is seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This part-time Associate Level role requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for a hardworking, dedicated individual who possesses strong adaptability and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide outstanding customer service to clients remotely via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and escalations related to their automotive purchases - Handle client complaints and resolve them in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with any ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by management

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
