Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a resilient and driven Client Service Specialist to join our team at Vend in Nelson, New Zealand. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and facilitate client requests and projects - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients to ensure they are utilizing our products effectively - Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all client interactions

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in client services or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) - Comfortable with travel and working flexible hours as needed
