Remote Client Service Specialist

Centene is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.

As a Remote Client Service Specialist, your responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to our clients, managing client accounts, resolving any issues or concerns, and actively seeking opportunities to improve client satisfaction. You will also be responsible for conducting strategic planning to ensure the success of client accounts and providing leadership to a team of client service representatives.

We are looking for motivated and adaptable individuals who possess strong soft skills in strategic planning and leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
