Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Jade Software Corporation is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Conduct research and analysis to address client inquiries and issues 3. Assist clients with product demonstrations and training sessions 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and confident personality traits 2. Strong analysis and research skills 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
