Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and independent Client Service Specialist to join our team at salesforce.com in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in client service, with a strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of products and services - Analyze client data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives - Provide training and support to clients on our products and services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
