Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Client Service Specialist to join our team at Ball in Auckland, NZ. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement - Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to clients as needed - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Hardworking and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to think creatively and innovate solutions - Demonstrated people management skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
