Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a prompt and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all client requests are fulfilled - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
