Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Toys “R” Us is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team in Wellington, Wellington, NZ. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to remote clients via phone, email, and chat - Manage client inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Track and report client interactions and trends to the management team - Stay up to date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client service - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Driven to exceed client expectations and achieve targets - Highly adaptable to changing client needs and situations - Strong persuasion skills to influence client decisions and behavior
