Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home in Nelson, NZ, providing excellent customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide support to clients in navigating insurance policies and coverage options - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Assist in identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or products to clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to insurance policies


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent planning and negotiation abilities - Self-motivated and able to work independently - Proficiency with basic computer skills and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required
