Job Description - Client Service Specialist - Work from home


Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Service Specialist to join our team at Honeywell International. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Auckland, New Zealand. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing orders, payments, and other transactions - Build strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service to enhance their overall experience - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery - Communicate regularly with clients to update them on new products, services, or promotions - Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to make improvements where needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent cooperation and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging clients with professionalism
