Job Description:


C.H. Robinson Worldwide, a leading logistics company based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the logistics industry with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Responsibilities: - Providing remote client support to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly - Communicating effectively with clients through phone, email, and online chat to address inquiries and provide assistance - Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality service and meet client needs - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed to support the client support team


Requirements: - Strong adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Demonstrated hardworking attitude and willingness to learn new skills - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent
