Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

L Brands is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat - Assisting clients with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Managing client accounts and updating information as needed - Working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Providing feedback to management on ways to improve the client experience - Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed - Upholding the company's commitment to diversity and inclusivity in all interactions

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Experience in project management and multitasking - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates - Vision insurance and employee discounts provided
