Job Description:
UGI is seeking a reliable and motivated Client Support Assistant to join our team in Nelson, NZ. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in client support and project management.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person - Assist with project management tasks, including organizing client meetings and updating project timelines - Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and improve client support processes - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to analyze data and interpret information effectively - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
