Job Description - Client Support Assistant

Job Description:


Raymond James Financial is seeking a part-time Client Support Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be confident in their abilities, and show resilience in handling challenging situations.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist with account management tasks such as account opening, transfers, and account maintenance - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with financial advisors to support client needs and ensure a seamless experience - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Participate in various training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge - Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure client satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Confidence and resilience in handling challenging situations - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
