Remote Client Support Assistant

EMC, a leading technology company based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, is seeking a talented Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients remotely. 2. Assist clients with technical issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical support provided. 5. Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. Dedicated and independent individual who can work effectively in a remote environment. 2. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proven experience in client support or a similar role. 5. Proficiency in using remote support tools and software. 6. Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and client needs.
