Job Description - Client Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Targa Resources is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat 2. Assisting clients with product inquiries, technical issues, and account management 3. Persuasively upselling products or services to existing clients 4. Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve client satisfaction and retention 5. Collaborating with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities 6. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions 7. Generating reports on client feedback and trends 8. Participating in team meetings and training sessions as required


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred 2. Strong communication skills and persuasive abilities 3. Proven track record in client support and sales 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills 7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service 8. Strategic planning skills 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly 10. Must be located in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ
