Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


MGM Resorts International is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Client Support Associate to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This part-time position requires 2 years of experience in customer service roles and offers the opportunity for growth and development within a leading hospitality company.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with booking reservations, processing payments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Handle any escalations or complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Proactively seek feedback from clients to continuously improve our services - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by management


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong teamwork and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
