Remote Client Support Associate

Job Description:

Target is seeking a Remote Client Support Associate to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, motivated, and has a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients over the phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and account management - Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our CRM system - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall client support process

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strategic planning abilities to anticipate client needs and provide proactive support - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and data entry - No prior experience required - on-the-job training will be provided
