Job Description - Client Support Associate

Responsibilities:


1. Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. 3. Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and returns. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and provide solutions. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. 8. Assist in the development and implementation of client support strategies.


Requirements:


1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. 5. Driven and adaptable with a positive attitude. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
