Job Description:
PepsiCo is looking for a passionate and adaptable Client Support Associate to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in person to address inquiries, provide product information, and assist with order placement. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 3. Manage client accounts, update information, and resolve any billing or invoicing issues. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 6. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to improve client satisfaction and retention. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives to support the overall growth and success of the business.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support roles. 2. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 3. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. 5. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to quickly adjust to changing priorities and requirements. 6. Experience using CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
