Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

The Priceline Group is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving any issues or inquiries they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Provide product and service information to customers - Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - Independent and reliable with the ability to work from home effectively - Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Must be eligible to work in NZ
