Job Description - Client Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:


Principal Financial is seeking a Client Support Associate to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and supporting our team with various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Process client requests and ensure accuracy of all information. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalations. 5. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions. 6. Provide support to the sales team by coordinating meetings and managing schedules. 7. Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. 2. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 3. Excellent planning and decision-making skills. 4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other common software applications.
