Job Description:
Bank of America Corp. is seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, we require a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in client support management. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of independence and adaptability, as well as strong critical thinking and project management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage remote client support team to ensure excellent customer service and timely issue resolution. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 3. Oversee client onboarding processes and provide ongoing training and support to team members. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and escalate issues as needed. 5. Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 6. Monitor performance metrics and report on key performance indicators to senior management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the client support team is delivering exceptional service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. 5+ years of experience in client support management. 3. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software. 6. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred.
