Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


XPO Logistics is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess creativity and critical thinking skills. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve processes - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Actively contribute to a positive and vibrant work environment


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service or administrative experience - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Creativity and critical thinking skills to find innovative solutions for clients
