Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Client Support Officer in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Client Support Officer, your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. You will also be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful, reliable, adaptable, and creative. They will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work well under pressure. A strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask are also essential for success in this position.
