Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


First American Financial is seeking a Client Support Officer to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist clients with troubleshooting any issues they may be experiencing with our products or services. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to address client needs and provide solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 6. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve the client experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong people management skills with the ability to build relationships with clients. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
