Job Description - Client Support Officer

Job Description:


Loews is currently seeking a part-time Client Support Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the Client Support Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support. 4. Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and offer solutions. 6. Provide training and assistance to clients on our products and services. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in the CRM system. 8. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. 2. 4 years of experience in client support or a similar role. 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Driven and adaptable, with a customer-centric mindset. 6. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
